Shaheen, the newest fighter in the Tekken universe, was revealed back in December but we didn’t get to see any in-game screenshots or footage of the Saudi Arabian warrior. Luckily, Famitsu just released new screenshots that show him fighting series veteran Heihachi Mishima. They also shared some gameplay info, revealing that Shaheen has a versatile side-step move, similar to the mist step move that Kazuya has. The screens also show the other recently revealed fighter, Lucky Chloe, which have her absolutely bodying poor King.
An early version of Tekken 7 is scheduled to land in Japanese arcades on February 18, with a full release planned for March.

I might be wrong but i think it means for some strange reason there releasing an early version of the arcade machine in February,Followed by another machine in March!

I believe that’s it. No word on console releases yet but if history is anything to go by, it’s just a matter of time.
