Ubisoft Unveil For Honor Season Four, Order & Havoc

Ubisoft Montreal has officially revealed its fourth season of content for its unique online fighter, For Honor. Dubbed “Order & Havoc”, the new season will go live on November 14th, adding two playable heroes alongside new maps and a variety of gameplay tweaks.

The dual-wielding Aramusha will join the Samurai faction and is very much based on the Ronin archetype popularised in Japanese fiction. Meanwhile (as we predicted) the Vikings have been joined by the feral, spiritualistic Shaman.

The two new maps will also look to shake things up. While one of them is fitted with ziplines (aerial attacks are an instant kill in For Honor) the other is said to be huge in size, adding another tactical dynamic to the game’s 4v4 game modes.

As for gameplay revisions, UbiMon continue to tweak its Faction War, giving players more info and recommendations for spending war assets. One tweak seasoned warriors will enjoy is the slight change to executions. Players can now choose between quick and long executions, the former allowing you to kill an opponent before their allies can close in. Longer executions, meanwhile, will restore health and generally look more badass.

Ubisoft also announced that another free weekend will take place on November 9th for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
