This is a surprise, despite a few rumours last week. Metal Gear Solid Online will see 16 players stealthing about in what appear to be brand new environments. There will be a closed beta test starting on the 20th of August (for 2 weeks) with 3,000 players able to get in on the action. We’re assuming, like most, that this will be limited to Japanese players.
