Well, the HD format war has ended and we have an apology to make. We’ve got to hand it to those guys that signed the online petition championing the HD-DVD format, as it has clearly brought about an end to the war and seen one format rise, pretty much unchallenged to the top.
So, here it is, our apology…

Oh, Blu-Ray won the format war, not HD-DVD? You mean the petition was all for nothing? It didn’t actually make one iota of difference to the outcome?
