Media Molecules cheese codenamed updates are here again. This time it’s with Cornish Yarg. The update for the PS3 exclusive LittleBigPlanet brings with it a host of changes:
- 5 new tutorials in “Create Pack 1”.
- Infinite lives checkpoint.
- Visibility tweak option on certain joint objects (to hide these in Play mode).
- Global settings object (to trigger lighting changes).
- Tetherless jetpack.
- Angle range proximity switch (additional functionality on proximity and magnetic key switches).
- IME text chat support for Korean and Japanese.
- Some new profile managing tools and menus for better profile management when receiving community objects and photos.
- A music player which is available to use while in create mode.
- Advanced Sackboy customisation mode.
- Fixes to the level loading issues.
With the update in the final stages of testing, we should probably expect this sooner rather than later. I can’t wait to mess about with the global lighting settings and the visibility tweaks, and all whilst I listen to my own music. Sweet.
