In all the commotion of lots of better things to do this weekend, I’d forgotten that the demo of TECMO’s Dead or Alive: Paradise came out. If you want to get the demo but don’t want to fanny about connecting up your PSP to your Japanese PSN account and risk losing the ability to play every other game on your system, head on over here to 4gamer.net to grab a ZIP of the demo, which will run under any profile.
The demo, which once unzipped just wants dropping on the root of your memory card, will, IGN say, offers a sample of the game’s Japanese-centric Gravure Mode. In it, you’ll be able to get Hitomi to prance about in a choice of two outfits and three situations. So, no sign of the volleyball or casino sections then – in fact, no actual gameplay at all other than messing around with the camera. Way to silence the critics, TECMO.
