Awesome God Of War Statues

Fans of collectibles are in for a real treat as Sideshow will be releasing two statues based on Kratos from God of War.

Coming at the end of the year, the statues are individually painted, 17″ tall and priced at a quite substantial $250 for the standard edition and $260 for the limited edition (which includes the Claws of Hades)

We love a bit of gaming paraphernalia here at TSA, and I know I personally have perhaps a bit too much of it cluttering up my home.  We all have some cool stuff, but what I’m interested in is your gaming ‘secret shame’ as it were.  What gaming paraphernalia do you have at home that you secretly love, but you know it’s wrong to?

Oh and no, we don’t know why there’s an apple in the picture either.

  1. Apple – to give you an indication of the size of the model.

    This is cool….

    • But we already know its 17″ tall.
Plus you cant use an apple as a comparison to relative height because all apples are different sizes. You have to use something of a constant size like……..a ruler. ;-) Stupid photographer

      • Apples have been used in art since day dot. Rulers on the other hand are not really that artistic are they? I think the photographer was trying to give an artistic point of comparison.

      • That’s actually a nano apple.

  2. leg veins
    rawr :D

  3. Nice detail…..

  4. Ya think he works out at David Lloyds?

    • na, he looks like he trains, and not just ponce about in front of the mirror

  5. How polished is that apple

  6. Now I see this, I really want one, guess there will be going some of my money to them eventually

    • Yeah I really fancy an apple now too!

  7. As much as I like Kratos/GOW I don’t want a 17″ effigy of him in my living room. I barely have enough room for all my other gaming related crap, plus I don’t think this statue is particularly nice to look at. Sorry guys :)

  8. Insane detail on the statue, you can even see the veins!

  9. I have two Lara Croft Tomb Raider action figures, one in wetsiut in running stance with industrial environment backdrop, and one jungle Lara infront of two ruin pillars with a kick-ass tiger on top.

I’ve put them both in me cellar “because they are corny”, but truthfully I really want them on display.

  10. I’d love a bobble head version for my car. Or maybe even him holding a medusa head that wobbles. Won’t be paying that much money for one but is surely an excellent present to get
