While for most today is the day Medal of Honor is released, that’s not the only title hitting UK shelves during this particular terrestrial rotation. Whilst the game’s fourth piece of DLC, Claptrap’s New Robot Revolution, landed on the digital stores last week we have had to wait a little longer for the, now customary, Game of the Year disc release.
The only thing Borderlands fans are left waiting for now is the patch that increases the level cap by 8 and extends the scaling of enemies and weapon drops to match. The latest word from Gearbox Software on the patch, back on Tuesday, was that it was “in final stages of QA right now”. At least we have a new Claptrap video to watch while we wait…

Just got this today. My only problem with it is the DLC is not included on the disc. you have a one use code to download it, ,meaning you have to download over 2GB of data before you can play the DLC.
Also It means the trade in value isn’t they high as you basically have the original game.

It’s actually closer to 4.5gb of downloading. Left mine going whilst I was at uni, got back to find it all nicely installed :) Enjoyed what I’ve played so far, although I’ve only played about an hour. Except that it crashed within the first five minutes, literally straight after I’d ‘edited’ my character. Wasn’t impressed. Hasn’t done it again though. Yet.

This is great! Will buy the GOTY edition as some point, hate how it not on the disc though :(

I won this yesterday on twitter, but its xbox, anyone willing to swap for a ps3 version, or failing that, have a reciept for their purchased copy so i can exhange it? i know its a long shot but worth a try
