The months are flying by aren’t they? Over on the EU PS Blog the November/December content for PS Plus subscribers has been announced.

In November you’ve got the PSN title Critter Crunch, with Bloons and Vempire your PSP minis. In addition, Syphon Filter is your PSOne Classic and there are full game trials of both of the God of War HD remakes. If you choose to buy them, you’ll get an exclusive 20% off the double pack.

There’s also a trial of Red Faction Guerilla later in the month, 50% discounts for Landit Bandit and No Mercy and a buy one get one free on Penny Arcade parts 1 and 2. Demos wise, look out for Vanquish (exclusive for two weeks) and there’s some exclusive themes too: MUBI, Shapes and Dead Nation, plus two MAG avatars.

December will bring Cuboid for the PSN, Bubble Trubble on minis along with Dracula: Undead Awakening and Oddworld: Abe’s Exodus for the PSOne as your Classic. There’s also 50% off Punisher No Mercy and Green Corp, and a smattering of themes including Winter and Lava Lamp.

  1. Looking pretty pretty pretty good, hoping we get some more treats like the FO3 DLC for Christmas – maybe a full PS3 game as a PS+ xmas treat?

    • That’d be really nice, but don’t hold out much hope :-(

  2. we had oddworld a month or so ago
    got it on my h/drive

  3. ^hope this is an err & they arnt recycling prev cont

    • That was Abe’s Oddysee; This is Abe’s Exoddus.

      • ahh my bad, thats a relief
        super ill have that too

    • Hi E8_BALL_

Its Oddworld: Abe’s Exodus this month. Last one was Abe’s Odyssey

  4. Tried the critter crunch demo when it was released, gotta say it didnt fill me with enthusiasm. Il get it dl’d and try it with a fresh head though.

Mini wise im pretty excited as always to see what theyre all about (aero racer was my favourite and most played of all of last months content)

Syphon filter i missed first time round in the 90’s so all in

    • Syphon filter’s great; I loved it when I had it on PS1. SP2 is even better but it’s not on PSN :(

      • SF2 I mean

      • is it in the same vein as MGS and other stealth-action games?

if so then ive no doubt il enjoy it.

  5. All pretty syked for this months ps+.

Sorry for the DP, touch screen phone etc.

  6. If you buy a subscription on the day of change over, does that mean you get both this months and next months stuff, and your subscription?

    • no. buy it the day before switchover. boom.

  7. I think the GOW stuff will get my money, I too have never played them, played the GOW3 demo but that is as far as it goes.

Shame no PSN game for me this month as I already have the amazing Critter Crunch. This month is worth it alone for that!

  8. I’ve yet to see anything that would make me want to subscribe.

  9. Looking at the content coming up I’m glad I haven’t paid for this collection of demos and beta releases. The amount PSN+ costs is was above the amount I’d spend on the few games that are worth having, so by not forking out I’ve saved quite a bit.

Yes, I am a misery, but as far as I’m concerned the PSN+ subscription is a waste of time and money.

  10. What is sticking in my craw (and I’ve commented on the EU blog about it) – James has responded to several of the comments asking where the premium DLC is. His response is that it was never part of the Plus offering. If you check the PSPlus page, he is right, there is no mention of DLC at all.
Yet when PSPlus was announced, the blog clearly said it would include
    * Exclusive Content – download and keep loads of new and exclusive premium avatars, dynamic themes AND GAME ADD-ONS.

It seems to me like SCEE have struggled to get a steady stream of DLC (last months super-limited Fallout 3 seemed like an olive branch to appease the complainers). We got Killzone 3 maps, Pacific Rift tracks, and I think there was some UFC stuff (can’t remember, don’t have it) then it all dried up. And to cover themselves, they have removed ‘add ons’ from the Plus description, and are now telling everyone it was never there.

Not good customer relations, Sony. Not good.

    • Totally agree thought I was the only one to notice!

    • That was one of the main reasons I signed up too. Do you think we could start a case against them

      • It’s still on the ps+ main screen if you look carefully it says:

“dynamic themes and game add-ons worth at least £200”

        http://uk.playstation.com/playstationplus/

But, I too was angered when he said on the blog that DLC was never part of the package.
