PS Plus November/December Content Announced

The months are flying by aren’t they? Over on the EU PS Blog the November/December content for PS Plus subscribers has been announced.

In November you’ve got the PSN title Critter Crunch, with Bloons and Vempire your PSP minis. In addition, Syphon Filter is your PSOne Classic and there are full game trials of both of the God of War HD remakes. If you choose to buy them, you’ll get an exclusive 20% off the double pack.

There’s also a trial of Red Faction Guerilla later in the month, 50% discounts for Landit Bandit and No Mercy and a buy one get one free on Penny Arcade parts 1 and 2. Demos wise, look out for Vanquish (exclusive for two weeks) and there’s some exclusive themes too: MUBI, Shapes and Dead Nation, plus two MAG avatars.

December will bring Cuboid for the PSN, Bubble Trubble on minis along with Dracula: Undead Awakening and Oddworld: Abe’s Exodus for the PSOne as your Classic. There’s also 50% off Punisher No Mercy and Green Corp, and a smattering of themes including Winter and Lava Lamp.

There’s more to come though (such as Full Game Trial and more discounts) and some more “exclusive, surprise treats” coming in the next two months.

  1. Hmm, got all those games already, apart from Green Corp, wonder if it’s anything like Greed Corp?

  2. I’m clearly playing into Sony’s hads with this but I seem to find more benefit from the discounts than anything else on PS+.

  3. Nothing. But i’ve already got my £11.99’s worth from the Fallout 3 add-ons :)

  4. 20% discount? I’m having it! :)

  5. as its christmas cant they give us something better

  6. Still nothing to persuade me to get PS+, if I wanted any of that stuff, I’d have bought it ages ago when it came out.

  7. still debaiting should i go plus or stay standard!?

    • Depends on whether it offers good value for you – Personally, i tend to pick things up either upon release or when it hits the special offers section of the store, so i have seen nothing that makes me want to take it up, as i have all of the PSN titles so far, i am not interested in minis or PS1 classics (which i have to say that the title of ‘classic’ is debatable for some)& the discounts have been on stuff that i either don’t want or already have.
If the content seems like good value to you (i.e. you get your subscription money’s worth) then take the plunge, but if there isn’t much that interests you, then it’s probably best not to bother.

  8. I’ve spoke out in favour of PS+ since it launched, however a couple weeks ago I labelled all my PS+ content and put it in a folder

I haven’t been in that folder for a couple of months despite gaming pretty much daily.

So I have to say that, on reflection, it’s starting to seem pointless for me and looking at the above content I’ve already got Critter Crunch and Cuboid so the situation isn’t going to remedy itself in 2010

  9. More absolute trash in December then, my £40 credit that’s waiting to be swapped for a subscription will be staying with me until next year it looks like. :(
