Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light PS3 Update Live

She took her sweet damn time but it looks like everyone’s favourite endangered species slaughtering grave-robber will finally be accepting new friends to the collaborative party, with news that the co-op update for the PS3 version of Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light is now live.

The news came via developer Crystal Dynamics’ twitter feed. They seem quite happy about the whole prospect. They said:

PS3 online co-op title update is now live! Huzzah! #LaraCroft

The game’s co-op feature was omitted from both the 360 and the PS3 version at the game’s respective launches. Xbox 360 fans got the update on October 27th. PS3 fans are now “up to speed” so to speak.

  1. The title sounds like a new harry potter book XD

  2. Tomb Raider is definitely a rememberable game back on the PS1 and PS2…
however, the latest one, Tomb Raider Underworld…
that one was extremely disappointing and just ruined the series for me.

It was made poorly, very glitchy and buggy, horrible movement/climbing, felt like a PS2 game and I just hope I never have to see it again.

I hope Tomb Raider 9 will fix everything though, but I’m definitely going to rent it instead of buy it though.
