The first batch of DLC for NFS: Hot Pursuit is now available (in North America at least), but before you get too excited about new cars and modes I should tell you that it’s just an unlock key for those who want to have all the cars from the start.
Yes that’s right, you can purchase two ‘timesaver’ packs – one for the cops and one for the racers. The prices come in at $3.99 on the PSN and 320 MS Points on LIVE.

Its available for us in the UK to, £1.99 i think they want for each unlock pack. Gotta love EA!

I prefer to unlock content by playing the game – at least you can still do that in NFSHP but it seems more and more games just give trophies and ask you to pay for the content that would have been unlockable last gen.

there was a time when unlocking stuff was done with a cheat code, not more of your money. :(

I dont understand how people can pay extra to unlock items that they paid for in the first place. What happened to good old free cheat codes.
