Solid Snake Invades Monster Hunter

Those who picked up the magnificent Peace Walker earlier this year may recall the Monster Hunter Easter egg; a bonus mission pitting players against the fearsome Rathalos. Today Capcom announced that both universes will collide again

From December 24th, The MGS Solid & Liquid mission will be available for download via the Japanese PSN Store, where Monster Hunter Portable 3 recently launched.

Completing the quest will net you some Metal Gear goodies for your Felyne chum, including a stealth suit, knife and the iconic Infinite Bandana. Players must have a Hunter Rank of at least four to participate, with Bowguns being banned.
