3DS UK Launch Date Revealed?

Whilst still waiting for official confirmation from the big N, an eagle eyed gamer has managed to take a snap shot from what looks like some GameStation promotional material.  It shows the 3DS launch date as March 1st.  A reader of 3DS Buzz has also contacted them to say that both Game and GameStation will be taking £10 pre-order deposits in-store as of tomorrow.

  2. I’ve decided to buy one, shouldn’t be too expensive. I think that’s a week before the new Pokemon game, probably get that too. :D

  3. Almost sounds to early, but it would been nice.

    I’m looking forward to upgrade my DS, really doesn’t play it that much anymore.

    • It’s out in Japan end of Feb I think, so fingers crossed March 1st is correct.

      • Well US is also march and they hadn’t mentioned anything about EU so far. But I guess we will know in the upcoming press event at the 19th

  6. am i the only that think the 3ds is gonna cause major headaches? anyways sony really need to show something spectacular for the psp2 because this thing is getting alot of praise even im planning to get one. the amount of games announced aswell is amazing.

  7. I’m going to be late to the 3DS party as it will probably be my Xmas present this year so only the price bothers me.

  10. Please, I can’t decide whether or not to buy until I know the price!
    I want to go to Oxegen, I also want the 3DS, not to mention PS3 games like LBP2, Dead Space 2, Crysis 2, Killzone 3, Mass Effect 2, Brink, LA Noire etc. (And that’s just the games I want that aren’t out yet. Plenty more already on store shelves teasing me.)

      • Same. I won’t be getting it until Xmas but I don’t want the price to be too dear as I would like other things along with my 3DS and games.
