3DS UK Launch Date Revealed?

Whilst still waiting for official confirmation from the big N, an eagle eyed gamer has managed to take a snap shot from what looks like some GameStation promotional material.  It shows the 3DS launch date as March 1st.  A reader of 3DS Buzz has also contacted them to say that both Game and GameStation will be taking £10 pre-order deposits in-store as of tomorrow.

  1. MGS3D on release day or GTFO

  2. that is unofficial POS probably made by the store, todays emails confirms the £10 deposit however its only in reaction to competitor activity, the emails clearly state no date has been announced yet… if that POS gets seen by their regional… oooo boy deep poop i thinks, our gamestation store made our own POS too, with out any dates.

      • the website untill recently had dc universe scheduled for nov even after the delay, and play.com had chinese democracy coming out on a set date every 6 months untill it launched. the date makes sense since its one of the few sites unlocked on our intranet, but as i explained head office communication specificly stated that we had no date or price untill nintendo announce at end of the month. will it be march 1st, probably since the monkeys at head office seem to say 1 thing to the stores but is completly contradicted by the website. again the pos is clearly custom, the release date is not even in our normal fonts but getting the date from the website is at least makes sence, wrong because of HO Comms, but at least there is a reason they picked that date. . either that or every GAME and gamestation store except ours recived different comms, lol,

  3. no price yet though?

  4. Whilst it maybe good news that the 3DS Is coming very soon, I won’t be picking one up until MGS comes out.
Despite its advancements and glitzy 3D screen, it’s still a Nintendo DS.

  5. The new dimension? Have GameStation been living in Flatland till now?

And I want to beat anyone with a stick who calls 400×240 “HD”…
