The good news: we can now stop calling From Software’s Dark Souls “Project Dark,” a title that usually spawned random outbursts in the comment section from people misreading the name and thinking something Perfect Dark was on the horizon. The better news? A trailer to what is flagrantly Demon’s Souls 2 in all but name has now hit. And it’s juicy.
Our favourite part? No, not the giant rats (though they are cool), keep an eye out at exactly the 1:30 mark when our intrepid hero gets unceremoniously shunted from behind by what looks like a cross between a unicorn and an armoured armadillo. Didn’t see that coming, did you?

That was the beauty of it, if you learnt the enemies moves and what would work or wouldn’t it all fell nicely into place.

I never got Demons Souls, I’ve heard mixed opinions on it, and I don’t think I’ll get this. I’d like to, but I can’t have every game in the world.

By the time i came across all the hype about demons souls my local game stores had sold out and never got it back in, some didn’t even bother to get in to their stores. Would love to check this out, but is there a need to play demons souls first?
