GAME BAFTAs Revealed, Brotherhood Nommed Seven Times

The Academy has today announced the nominations for the GAME BAFTAs. In total there’s 44 different games up for nomination, with Ubisoft’s Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood topping the lot with seven nominations.

[boxout]Black Ops is in there too, and it’s nice to see Heavy Rain up for artistic achievement, although with LIMBO up for the same award our money’s on the little black and white dude.

  1. Action – BlOps
    Artistic Achievement – Limbo
Best Game – I’m gonna go ME2 (FIFA11 nom as best game is a joke, it’s not even the best footy game)
Family – Anyone of the 4 Kinect games
    Gameplay – SMG2
Handheld – Cut The Rope (although GoW:GoS would be my tip if it wasn’t geared towards sitting on a sofa)
    Multiplayer – BlOps
    Sports – PES2011
    Story – BlOps
    Technical Innovation – Heavy Rain
GAME Award – RDR (although I’d pick NfSHP, S/S or Dante’s Inferno)
