THQ has just announced during a Wii U presentation that Darksiders 2 will be a launch title for Nintendo’s next home console. Demo footage shows the protagonist, the horseman Death, battling a gigantic monster before the clips fades out. The whole TSA team are still scratching their heads as to whether the Wii U is new console and whether it will sport HD visuals, though Darksiders 2 would suggest so.
A Wii U release date has yet to be verified, but with Darksiders 2 launching on PS3 and 360 next Spring, the launch window is beginning to narrow.

why do I need to waste more money on another console when its coming to the one I have just so I can have a ipad with buttons confused.

They also announce batman arkham city but I wouldn’t use that to gage a release date as that would mean September. Nintendo had very little in the way of games to show for it. I would expect late next yerr.

Or it could just mean that when darksiders 2 comes out for the WiiU it’ll already have been out on the other consoles for months.

In your opinion … personally, I loved Darksiders and can’t wait for the sequel, although I’ll probably get it on PS3.
