Atlus has released a new trailer showing off gameplay from The King of Fighters XIII. If you’re into flashy super moves and long combos you’ll definitely enjoy this video. iplaywinner reports that there are some differences from the arcade version, but it’s unknown if the changes will be in the final build.
The King of Fighters XIII is scheduled to launch sometime this October for the PS3 and Xbox 360. The console version sports exclusive content not found in the original arcade release, including new characters, stages, and game modes. We already got a taste of one of the new fighters, Billy Kane, thanks to The King of Fighters-i for iOS.
We can only hope that the online mode is at least playable this time around. SNK Playmore has a lot to prove with XIII. I had a chance to play it at the arcades recently and it does have a lot going for it.
