inFAMOUS 2 Update Adds Free UGC DLC

Sucker Punch has released the “first of many” UGC (User Generated Content) updates, which adds a selection of vehicles from the single player portion of the game:

  • Bertrand’s Limo
  • Bertrand’s Semi-Truck
  • the New Marais Police Car
  • the Ambulance
  • A bike

“Heal injured pedestrians from the flipped over ambulance and protect them from the swarm of enemies. Help the New Marais Police department from incoming attack from the Vermaak 88 Ice Soldiers. Or hunt down that pesky bicycle thief.”

A new search function has also been added, allowing you to sift through the 50,000+ user-created missions.

  1. Really need to buy this game. Loved the beta but for some reason i have yet to buy this game.

  2. Glad they are padding out this section. Finished my hard playthrough last night and I’m currently ~5000 xp off buying the last two upgrades I need for the trophy so I need as much extra content as I can find lol.

  5. Am I the only one who found this game boring as hell its not as bad as the first but its up there. The first was to repetitive it was basically the same missions with a bit of story in between

    • If I really think about it then yes the first was indeed repetitive, but the powers and gameplay outweighed the crapiness of the missions and Infamous 2 is a lot lot better than the first imo, in every possible way.

  6. Holy crap, please don’t call patches DLC, thats what big content wants you to spread and believe! You call it free DLC, I call it patch.

      • I can’t already. You know Red Dead Redemption has free DLC right? Well it happens to be locked to the account it is downloaded with. Since I have to use a fake account to access the Store, I can’t play the free DLC on my real account.

    • Yep, sounds like a patch to me.
