Neocore Games and Paradox Interactive have released new footage from the upcoming King Arthur expansion titled “Fallen Champions.”
Launching on the 25th of August, the $10 download will treat players to a standalone campaign divided into three portions, bridging the gap between the original game and role-playing strategy sequel, King Arthur II.
Each section of game will be delegated to one of three protagonists, each with their own unique abilities, storyline and missions, whose paths will ultimately connect before tackling a monstrous final encounter.
Sir Lionel, a noble knight who ventures out to the aid of a damsel in distress; Lady Corrigan of the Sidhe, a twilight creature trying to find her way home; and Drest the Chosen, a Northern shaman driven onward by visions and voices
King Arthur 2 as well a number of other upcoming PC titles including Salem and Magna Mundi will be making up Paradox Interactive’s 2011 Gamescom line-up later this month.

This game looks surprisingly good, is it PC exclusive?

I might have to drag myself away from my consoles to try this one.
