Assassin’s Creed: Revelations Beta Stats

Ubisoft have said ‘Thank you’ to all those who took part in the Assassin’s Creed: Revelations beta and released a video of stats gathered during the test.

The beta lasted two weeks during which players racked up over 5.8 million multiplayer matches and nearly 14.5 million deaths, all of which have helped Ubisoft fine tune the game before release.

  1. Ive decided not to get this day 1. I’m buying the special edition for the mrs’s birthday on xbox anyway, plus im not fussed about the multiplayer, i just like the main game. It’ll be £25 or under before we know it ;)

    • I might be getting you mixed up with someone else but you seem to buying the “mrs” a heck of a lot of games for her birthday.

      Does she even have a PS3? ;)

      • lol, she has an xbox. shes having skyrim and AC:R collectors edition in novemember. the ps3 is mine, and the next 3 months are going to be Very expensive lol

    • Wow – I thought that i was the only one that didn’t really get on with the multiplayer in brotherhood!

It was ok, but i didn’t really get why everyone raved about it.

      • I got bored shitless with it in AC:B. Took ages to load and matchmake, and its just 8 stabby joes running around a very small map.

      • Couldn’t have put it better myself.

The story though, i love & the new one is looking fantastic story-wise (as well as looking a bit gorgeous of course!).

      • Your definitely not the only one. Just never really appealed to me.

  2. that can’t be right, averaging less than 3 deaths per match? still can’t wait for this, though I much prefer the story mode to the multiplayer

    • Eh? 14 million deaths, 800,000 mathches = 17.5 deaths per match.

      • Oh I See what you mean – I think by “matches” they mean “Number of players who played the game” and the “Manhunts” is the total of games played.

  3. The matchmaking does seem to be improved slightly, but I’m still buying this primarily for the single player.

  4. I’m a big fan of Assassins Creed but I’ll be giving this a miss until next year. The Beta was slightly improved but IMO the general online of both the beta and brotherhood is boring. Just wan’t the game foe the story and this time around I won’t be paying over £25

  5. Ah I can’t wait for this, it’s literally the only style of multiplayer I’ve ever consistently won. /brag
