  1. As someone on the fence, I can say this ‘incentive’ has not made me more likely to buy a Vita. I’ll be looking for better retailer created deals than this offer which looks like headphones and a five euro discount on games I might not even want. Sorry to be negative but it is poor. The preorder benefit of BF3 was better than this offering!

  2. There’s sound more like things that should just come normally with any new console an not really a “per order bonus”? Surely that should be something more like a free game or something a bit more than that in my opinion. Little dissapointing I’d say.

    • Oh my god I appologise for the sheer number of spelling mistakes caused by my oversized fat thumbs on my phone. That and a combination of autocorrect. Truely sorry.

      • Hahaha.
I literally laughed out loud when I read this. I read your first post and though you might have been drunk. Your apology reply was fantastic. Good show and well played!

      • The fact that you spelt truly wrong in your apology actually made me lol.

      • Yeah sorry about truly as well, no excuse there, just retardedness! Lol

    • i don’t know where you’ve got you consoles from but I’ve never got a wallet with mine :P, i also expect it to come with a cheap set of ear phones just that the pre-order ones are nicer.

      • I see what you are saying but you can get a free wallet with certain copies of forza Motorsport, I think I’d rather something a bit better than that for pre ordering a console. Even the psp go had a free copy of gt5 if I remember rightly, and that was within the first few months of it launching, id rather a game free, that kind of offer would be better. The headphones and voucher for money off a game are a bit of a cop out as the money off is the sort of thing playstation plus members get of loads of games every month, granted they aren’t always a brand new game. Either way it’s not making me want to preorder it all of a sudden. Which is a shame because I imported my psp because I wanted that so much and couldn’t wait for release over here.

    • I have only ever got a free wallet when I got my HEAD sports bag for school. Always a deal breaker back in the day.

  3. I keep forgetting that every game will also be a download.

    • …and that makes me very happy :D

    • I didn’t know this. I think this has just convinced me not to buy a Vita. At least not for a while after release after seeing how Sony work their store.

      • How would that convince you not to buy a vita? Since it’s a choice to do so.

  4. But meh to be honest.

And that wallet would have made me the coolest of the cooliest. Pity we can’t get it…

  5. I really hope Sony are doing a better job at enticing devs than they are customers for the Vita otherwise the support and games are going to dry up fast.

  6. Wallet bundle please.

  7. Nothing there that is useful/interests me.
I think the main reason they’re not bundling in a memory card is because the memory cards are so expensive, it will push the price of the bundle up and make it look unattractive to buyers.

  8. Hmm… I need a new wallet, but I think I’d appreciate the headphones more. And slots for game- and memorycards in your wallet seem too weird even for me. Imagine if you lose your wallet, not only will you have lost your credit-card, but all your games and savegames aswell! Oh the horror!

  9. Jeez, you can’t please anybody nowadays. Sure I’m disappointed the UK doesn’t get the nice wallet but I’m not going to be all angry for this. Some guys need to chill out for once.

    • Maybe people are just expressing THEIR opinions.

  10. Can’t say I’m feeling even slightly incentivised having read that. I’m sliding off my position on the fence and getting closer to the no sale side.

    • You’re across the pond! You get the better bundle :P

      • Haha! I know but … but i’m poor! :P

To be fair, I do keep losing interest then I see something like Gravity Daze (which looks amazing) which draws me back. The bundles don’t particularly interest me but I will be paying very close attention to retailer specific bundles. I’d rather have a game and a memory card than tat I’d rarely/never use.
