Ubisoft has just made public its plans for gamescom next month, including news that a good chunk of its upcoming range will be playable on Wii U. It has also confirmed that there’ll be a press conference on the first day of the show which will reveal new free-to-play titles.
Playable will be: Assassin’s Creed III, Assassin’s Creed III Liberation (the Vita game), Far Cry 3, Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Online and Shootmania: Storm. On the Wii U will be Rabbids Land, Rayman Legends, Sports Connection, Your Shape Fitness Evolved 2013 and ZombiU. There’ll also be an extended demo of Splinter Cell: Blacklist.
Ubisoft’s press conference will take place at 3 p.m. on August 15 th in the Konrad-Adenauer-Saal, Congress-Centrum North.
Gamescom takes place in Cologne, Germany, from August 15-19.

It’s not exclusive to Wii-U just that Ubisoft are focusing on the Wii-U version mainly.

Agreed. Its been far, far too long. As a side note I picked up R6V 1&2 recently for a grand total of 6quid. Had forgotten how great those games were, especially the co-op stuff like T-hunt :)
