Furious 4 Not Part Of The Brother In Arms Franchise

Randy Pitchford has confirmed at PAX that Furious 4 is no longer going to be a part of the Brothers In Arms franchise.

“I wanted to let everyone know that that game’s no longer going to be a Brothers In Arms game; it’s going to be an all-new IP.”

Apparently the title had moved on from the Brothers In Arms feel, and would not be linked to the series. More information about the direction the game will take will be announced on September 14th, while a Brothers In Arms announcement is expected on September 15th.

  2. Good, it just totally didn’t fit in with the BiA series, I’m hoping for a ‘propper’ BiA soon, we haven’t had a decent WW2 FPS for a while, Sniper Elite was good, but I’d prefer something like the early COD’s + MoH’s.

  5. Just hope it’s not going to be Brothers In Arms: Modern Warfare/Conflict ect. Be great to have a new world war 2 game.
