Ico Shown Running On PS Vita

Shuhei Yoshida, President of Sony Worldwide Studios and a prolific tweeter, has just posted the picture above.

As you can see it shows PS2 title Ico, from the infamous Team Ico, on a Vita and considering the source I think we can assume that the game will be making an appearance on Sony’s latest portable at some point.

It would seem, in all likeliness, that the image is in fact showing off Ico working over the Vita’s Remote Play feature, with the game listed as one of those that Sony would be making available along with God of War, God of War II and Shadow of the Colossus.

As for when Ico or any of the other games will actually be available? No date has yet been announced for any of them sadly, but we’ll update if more information arrives.

  1. It would be sweet to have remote play on most games, just to have the option. But to be honest, I’d rather play my PS3 games on my PS3, that’s connected to a 55″ TV with surround sound rather than a 5″ with a stereo headset. And I don’t like streaming games.
