A fair proportion of the soundtrack is from ‘breakthrough artists’ which ‘reflects the passion and intensity of FIFA game play while defining the sound of the upcoming season for football fans worldwide.’

An alternative view may be ‘they’re a lot cheaper than using Coldplay and Stereophonics on the soundtrack’.

  1. Some decent tracks, some tracks by artists I hate and a load I don’t know. Same as every year then which makes me very happy, always find a few hidden gems every year among the big-hitters. Either way can’t wait for this!

    • So long as there isn’t anything as annoying as that “it’s a Direct Hit” song.

  2. Wow, now i feel old – I only know one of those tracks. Two at a push, maybe. :S

    • ha ha, I was thinking exactly the same as you.

      • The worst part? The one song i definitely do know is about 8 years old now! :O

      • Bloc Party, Kasabian and The Enemy you must know? lol

      • With the exception of Kasabien, I know the artists, do not know the songs.

The only one i do know is Club Foot, which has appeared on almost every football, skating & driving game since it was released! XD

  3. Flo Rida is possibly one of the worst artists ever, ugh.

    • I would say that Flo Rida and Lil Wayne are on a par, both absolutely untalented and extremely jammy young men. Just listened to their track and, yup, it’s lightweight, predictable, commercial trash.

  4. Worst rapper lil Wayne meets worst footy game, perfect match that is.

  5. They had to put the worst Bloc Party song on there.

    • Is there a least worst Bloc Party track?

  6. So…. Kasabian and a bunch of artists I’ve never heard of then ;D

  7. *Disables EA trax and replaces it with Immortal

  8. Always put on my own music with FIFA anyway….. i like games that can do that.

  9. Passion Pit, Kasabian and Imagine Dragons =)

  10. i have no idea who most of those people are.

    i’ve heard of deadmau5 though,
but about all i know about the guy is he apparently likes Minecraft. ^_^
