You should notice a couple things here. Firstly there are a lot of half points about the place, because each 5 lap race is worth half points. A win at Australia or Malaysia would count for 12.5 rather than 25, so that each week of racing is worth the same. The race at Montreal was 25% (18 laps), and worth full points. Silverstone and Austin are both 5 lap races.
Next is that we have something of a Constructors Championship overlay to proceedings. Everybody has been paired up into teams, and across both Championships Flamez and the gang of commentators are keeping track of how these teams are doing. So there’s an easy to get to table for those that are interested.

After the Canadian disconnection disaster where vital points were probably lost, I’m looking to hopefully bag a few points at Silverstone and fight for lowly scraps at Austin, dependant on being able to stay online until the chequered flag of course! :P

Come on man just stick it out. Just look at Pastor Maldonado, your real life Williams man. He won a race and then had a real barren period. Recently you’ve been experiencing this but remember in the past you have won two races! You can find that form again I’m sure! :)

Yeah Cam echoing what the other’s have said, just stick it out for another week (possibly two). You’ve only had one disconnected no-result just as I had last week, so there is still a chance of making the final, albeit slimmed. But that makes it even more of a challenge for us to get into the top 7 of our groups….connection pending ;)
