Sony have just announced that the Ico and Shadow Of The Colossus HD Collection and Demon’s Souls will be June’s PlayStation Plus Instant Game Collection titles.
They’ll be joined (presumably) by a couple of PlayStation Vita titles.
Ico and Shadow were two of the PlayStation 2’s best games. They scored (together) 9/10 in our review, and are absolutely worth grabbing.
For anyone rushing to get the games (and, we’d guess, without PlayStation Plus) can grab Ico for £7.29 or the collection for £10.99. Demon’s Souls is also £7.99 just now.

The 3 ‘fixed’ games (LBP2, Infamous 2 and Motorstorm Apocalypse) are Sony published titles, and will make sense that they are replaced by other Sony published titles. My guess is going towards PS All-Star Battle Royale, LBP Karting and Rachet and Clan: Full Frontal Assault

Nice lineup, always wanted to try Demon’s Souls.
Already have the ICO/Colossus collection, but with so many games going around I don’t really mind; it will be great for anyone that hasn’t played them yet :)

Bought Ico and SOTC on ps2. Bought the HD Collection on ps3 and rather than be miffed it’s now free on plus I’m just delighted more people will experience 2 of gaming’s greatest gems. They’re both wonderful and masterpieces of game design and minimalism. Enjoy!

Aww FFS!! Reading this has reminded me that I’ll be getting a hand operation (right thumb) on 5th of June & will be out of action for around 6 weeks…..bugger…etc….
On the other hand *snigger* I could just get my nephew to operate the R stick for me when needed. At least that way I’ll have an excuse for being shit at FPShooters. :D

3 excellent games that I have :3 any gamer that does not have these games go get PS+ and prepare to be swept by the beauty of ico/sotc. Then prepare for one of the most challenging experiences with Demons Souls. Enjoy!
