Developer Vivid Games has confirmed that its handheld boxing sim will launch on PlayStation Vita come August 28th.
The port will feature “improved graphics” powered by the Unreal Engine 3, also making use of the console’s touchscreen controls. In Real Boxing players create and customise their own fighter, developing them over time with each passing showdown. Multiplayer has also been confirmed.
Real Boxing originally launched on mobiles last year and is currently on sale for £0.69, down from £2.49. When it launches next month, Real Boxing on Vita will weigh in at £7.99 with no word on a discount for PlayStation Plus subscribers.
