The above image, as taken by Gameranx, is a screenshot of the official PlayStation site, showing a drop from $299 to $199 for a PlayStation Vita bundle including The Walking Dead. That means the system should be dropping by $100, so expect about £50-70 off the price here in the UK, bringing the console into the much needed £150 price range.
While various US retailers have dropped the price (and Best Buy have mentioned a price drop direct), it has only went down to about $250 on their sites, suggesting that we’ll be hearing something during Sony’s Gamescom conference, which has just began this very minute.
This could pave the way for a Vita redesign at the conference, too. Expect big things from Sony tonight.

£150? The £169 bundle + 8gb memory card + 10 games is still amazing value for money in my opinion.
