EVE: Valkyrie Announced, Will Support Oculus Rift

CCP Games is looking to expand its sci-fi empire once again, this time with a first person dog-fighter titled “EVE: Valkyrie”. Details of the Icelandic studio’s latest project are sparse, though CCP has confirmed that Valkyrie will support upcoming VR solution, Oculus Rift.

EVE Online is one of the longest-running MMOs on the market, best known for its player-run economy and the ever-going conflict between corporations.

Earlier this year, CCP expanded the game’s universe with the launch of DUST 514, an online first person shooter exclusive to PlayStation 3. We scored the game 6/10 in our review.
