Win A Hardened Edition Of Call Of Duty: Ghosts On PS4

Call of Duty Ghosts may have just released this week, but you won’t be able to play it on your PS4 until the 29th of November. If you haven’t picked up a copy yet, then we’ve got you sorted, as we’ve teamed up with musicMagpie to offer the chance for one of you to win the Hardened Edition of the game on PS4.

Before we get to our competition, musicMagpie are running their own, with the top prize of a PlayStation 4 and the Hardened Edition of Ghosts, a second prize of the Hardened Edition on PS4 and a third place prize of a standard copy of Ghosts on PS4. It’s very easy to enter, and you can either do that by entering on their Facebook page or through their blog. Their competition closes on December 6th, so you’ve got plenty of time to enter.

However, here on TSA we’ll make things very simple for you to win the Hardened Edition of the game on PS4. All you have to do is drop a comment in the comments section below saying what your favourite Call of Duty moment was, be that online or in a single player campaign.

For example, my favourite moment in Call of Duty is the time I spent playing Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare online with a group of friends from early afternoon on a Friday until early morning on Saturday. I’m not sure I’ll ever recapture that magic with online gaming, and it was just amazing.

The competition will close at 23:59PM GMT on Wednesday 20th November, and we’ll pick a random winner to be announced a day or two later. The winner will be contacted via the email they used to sign up to TSA with, so keep an eye on that if you do enter.

As per usual, TSA’s terms and conditions apply and in this case the competition is open to the UK only. Again, the competition closes for entry on Wednesday 20th of November at 23:59 GMT. The copy of the game will be sent out before the launch of the PS4, but please allow a few days for delivery.

Good luck!

  1. my favourite part of the game is rapelling down the building as i love to see height and perspective in a game.

  2. Not really the hugest CoD and have only played MW2. But had some good times with the co-op missions – can’t beat a good bit of couch co-op!

  3. My favourite COD moment was Black-OPS 1 when a group of friends and I had a private tournement to see who was the the best player amongst us.. The tournament was being setup with a forfeit for the loser. One of our friends was well known for his anger issues and didn’t take lightly my introducing a tomma-hawk to his face from across the map.

We spactated painfully though quite amused as 2 of our friends ran around the opposite sides of the map for about 10 minutes without a kill.

Another friend caused his oponent to rage quit which was alledgedly a connection error that somehow managed to change the disk in his PS3 as we saw another disk based game load before he came back online.

I didn’t win the tournament but it definately stood out as being the most fun we had playing COD over the years.

  4. My best moment was from Call of Duty: MW, in single player. It was the stealth mission, where you are crawling past troops in the grass, just hoping that they didn’t notice you. Come to think of it, everything about that single mission sold the game to me.

  5. My fave cod moment was when i ejected the disk out of my console. MW2 was and still the best for me.

  6. It has to be when I had just got the original Modern Warfare and had a split-screen showdown with a mate that lasted about four hours. After a while we made rule sets, such as only being able to use a certain weapon – the best was knife-only fights where we would just run at each other and hope for the best! We only realised the time when my mate’s dad showed up at the door at 1am…

  7. My favourite COD moment was playing organised clan wars on COD4. We all used to organise it through a website which had dedicated clan ladders and tournaments etc. It was great fun, and the experience of it was great. You had to use proper teamwork and it felt so rewarding when you won. COD4 will forever be the best COD – if not the best FPS of all time – for me personally. Such a pivotal game.

  8. Call of duty 2 Multi Player.
the Russian square all covered in snow it was a snipers paradise with bolt action rifles i played it on my Xbox 360 for until the sun came up one Christmas.
No perks No, kill streaks, just me a gun and a shed load of fun.

  9. My favourite moments were my first moments, it’s hard to describe the enjoyment that COD4 brought, everything was so balanced, it ran and played perfectly, the community was only just growing and you don’t get the types of players who are on the newer games.

A huge system seller for mainly the 360, but the ps3 as well for sure.

I don’t know whether it was the simplicity of COD4 that made it or not, but I’m guessing we’ll not see an fps like it for a while. All that said, I hope to play Ghosts as I’m intrigued with the direction they’ve gone with single player.

  10. First time played CoD was CoD4MW. Spent hours on it, got so addictive. Switched on for a quick online game at 6:30 am, eventually made it to work at around 10am! Used to love the map in the shipping yard with containers – great for 1v1 knife fights!
