Call of Duty Ghosts may have just released this week, but you won’t be able to play it on your PS4 until the 29th of November. If you haven’t picked up a copy yet, then we’ve got you sorted, as we’ve teamed up with musicMagpie to offer the chance for one of you to win the Hardened Edition of the game on PS4.
Before we get to our competition, musicMagpie are running their own, with the top prize of a PlayStation 4 and the Hardened Edition of Ghosts, a second prize of the Hardened Edition on PS4 and a third place prize of a standard copy of Ghosts on PS4. It’s very easy to enter, and you can either do that by entering on their Facebook page or through their blog. Their competition closes on December 6th, so you’ve got plenty of time to enter.
However, here on TSA we’ll make things very simple for you to win the Hardened Edition of the game on PS4. All you have to do is drop a comment in the comments section below saying what your favourite Call of Duty moment was, be that online or in a single player campaign.
For example, my favourite moment in Call of Duty is the time I spent playing Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare online with a group of friends from early afternoon on a Friday until early morning on Saturday. I’m not sure I’ll ever recapture that magic with online gaming, and it was just amazing.
The competition will close at 23:59PM GMT on Wednesday 20th November, and we’ll pick a random winner to be announced a day or two later. The winner will be contacted via the email they used to sign up to TSA with, so keep an eye on that if you do enter.
As per usual, TSA’s terms and conditions apply and in this case the competition is open to the UK only. Again, the competition closes for entry on Wednesday 20th of November at 23:59 GMT. The copy of the game will be sent out before the launch of the PS4, but please allow a few days for delivery.
Good luck!

Call of Duty 4, Shock and Awe, the Nuke… all that needs to be said.

For me it has to be the ending scene in Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare, when I was fighting off all troops at the bridge with the SAS team, and then the rescue team comes, (there’s silence) the one soldier is trying to use CPR on Captain Price and it doesn’t work, and then it finishes. In retrospect Infinity Ward did a solid job with that bit of emotion, not to mention the entire campaign being utterly awesome on Veteran.

Anytime I have an unexpected multiplayer domineering of 46-2 or similar. The feeling gets heightened with every kill. Every moment more tense than the last.
DeathByNumbers
One of my favourite moments was on cod 4, creeping up behind snipers and killing them. Once put c4 next to two snipers then blew them both up at the same time, made me laugh. Think I have a clip of it on youtube somewhere.
Also had a game against crookedlung, legendary cod4 no.1 on the leaderboards (hacked/glitched) on mw2, he ran away after getting killed a few times lol that always made me laugh.

I love zombies, so for me it was this. A few of us play zombies, trying to get to the highest level possible, of course. One day there were 4 of us round my mates. I got my TV & PS3 and we sat off with 4 of us on 2 PS3’s for about 10 hours straight… got a high score too, lol. Need Ghosts!

Without any prior knowledge, finishing the campaign to world at war and watching the intro scene to something called “nazi zombies”.

MW2 – I’d just spent an hour trying to reach the extraction point after hacking a laptop. I was tired and wanted to go to bed. Then I reach the extraction point and the US General that met me killed me and my mate. Then, to add insult to injury, he burnt Sanderson and Ghost’s bodies I’m a trench. I was livid and refused to go to bed until I killed him!

My fav and most annoying cod moment was playing with mates on hardcore S&D and 2 of them had a game where they would try to activate the rocket launcher and fire it at the floor as fast as possible at the start of the round. This hilariously ended up with everyone spamming sprint at the start to try and escape the blast radius. Obviously opposing teams loved us!!!

My favourite CoD moment was the Death From Above mission in CoD 4.
