Win A Hardened Edition Of Call Of Duty: Ghosts On PS4

Call of Duty Ghosts may have just released this week, but you won’t be able to play it on your PS4 until the 29th of November. If you haven’t picked up a copy yet, then we’ve got you sorted, as we’ve teamed up with musicMagpie to offer the chance for one of you to win the Hardened Edition of the game on PS4.

Before we get to our competition, musicMagpie are running their own, with the top prize of a PlayStation 4 and the Hardened Edition of Ghosts, a second prize of the Hardened Edition on PS4 and a third place prize of a standard copy of Ghosts on PS4. It’s very easy to enter, and you can either do that by entering on their Facebook page or through their blog. Their competition closes on December 6th, so you’ve got plenty of time to enter.

However, here on TSA we’ll make things very simple for you to win the Hardened Edition of the game on PS4. All you have to do is drop a comment in the comments section below saying what your favourite Call of Duty moment was, be that online or in a single player campaign.

For example, my favourite moment in Call of Duty is the time I spent playing Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare online with a group of friends from early afternoon on a Friday until early morning on Saturday. I’m not sure I’ll ever recapture that magic with online gaming, and it was just amazing.

The competition will close at 23:59PM GMT on Wednesday 20th November, and we’ll pick a random winner to be announced a day or two later. The winner will be contacted via the email they used to sign up to TSA with, so keep an eye on that if you do enter.

As per usual, TSA’s terms and conditions apply and in this case the competition is open to the UK only. Again, the competition closes for entry on Wednesday 20th of November at 23:59 GMT. The copy of the game will be sent out before the launch of the PS4, but please allow a few days for delivery.

Good luck!

  1. Modern Warfare 2, Quickscoping on rust, my first time doing a 360 quickscope lol. The first of many.

  2. My favourite moment was from doing the co-op missions in Modern Warfare 2, Which has has coined the phrase “FLASHBANG GRENADE FLASHBANG!” within my group of friends.

A friend and I were sneaking through the stealthy snow level, lining up sights, counting down and simultaneously taking down the baddies. We had died a few times getting spotted in silly places and were getting annoyed at having to start over and over again. We got to know the positions of all the enemies in the first couple of sections pretty well and after a few more stealth attempts I decided a new tactic may be needed. So we spawned, ran forwards right at the enemies and before they could even react I threw my flashbangs and grenades and shouted “FLASHBANG GRENADE FLASHBANG!” taking out most of them whilst my friend took out any and all survivors.

To this day we still shout it and giggle every time we play a Call of Duty and decide to go “Rambo”.

Oh and if we have no grenades or flashbangs we just shout RAMBO! and run at them punching and firing shotguns.

  3. My favourite Call of Duty moment was playing the Call of the Dead downloadable content for Call of Duty: Black Ops as the ability to play as Sarah Michelle Gellar, Robert Englund, Danny Trejo or Michael Rooker with George A. Romero as the leader of the zombies is certainly a unique experience that you will not find anywhere else. I have spent hours playing Call of the Dead, but even though I have never got that far into it before the zombies have overcrowded me, I still kept on playing it because the voice-overs and story cut scenes for each character make the experience of Call of the Dead so fun to play.

  4. Best CoD moment? Finally teaming up with my cousin to play CoD: Black Ops multiplayer and not getting totally pwned !! …. just ‘mostly’ pwned, which is a massive step up for me :)

  5. My favorite moment is when I C4’d 3 guys in skidrow(MW2) while they were camping in that room upstairs next to a minigun. This was the first time I bother getting vengeance against campers and it has been my mission in every game ever since.

  6. getting 100% k/d ratio was probably the highlight of my time with MW3!

  7. My best moment was also my worst… I had just completed COD4:MW so I thought I would be ready to take on the world on multi-player… WRONG… I came a very bad last… it was at that moment I discovered my competitive nature, within a week I was in the top 3 (including 1st) regularly, since then I have rarely looked at many other games not in the COD series :-)

  8. I remember all those 16 man knife battles we used to set up. That game works best when it is less grounded in reality. Who needs to aim down the sights when you’ve got a friggin hatchet?!

  9. Completing the Mile High Club achievement at the 1,798th attempt, one of my proudest achievements (also got me the full 1000G on the 360 version!)

  10. 1 on 1 challenge against a friend, score was tied with only seconds to go, he took me down and I popped him in last stand so the game ended in a tie but I counted it as a victory as his colourful language came over the mic
