Call of Duty Ghosts may have just released this week, but you won’t be able to play it on your PS4 until the 29th of November. If you haven’t picked up a copy yet, then we’ve got you sorted, as we’ve teamed up with musicMagpie to offer the chance for one of you to win the Hardened Edition of the game on PS4.
Before we get to our competition, musicMagpie are running their own, with the top prize of a PlayStation 4 and the Hardened Edition of Ghosts, a second prize of the Hardened Edition on PS4 and a third place prize of a standard copy of Ghosts on PS4. It’s very easy to enter, and you can either do that by entering on their Facebook page or through their blog. Their competition closes on December 6th, so you’ve got plenty of time to enter.
However, here on TSA we’ll make things very simple for you to win the Hardened Edition of the game on PS4. All you have to do is drop a comment in the comments section below saying what your favourite Call of Duty moment was, be that online or in a single player campaign.
For example, my favourite moment in Call of Duty is the time I spent playing Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare online with a group of friends from early afternoon on a Friday until early morning on Saturday. I’m not sure I’ll ever recapture that magic with online gaming, and it was just amazing.
The competition will close at 23:59PM GMT on Wednesday 20th November, and we’ll pick a random winner to be announced a day or two later. The winner will be contacted via the email they used to sign up to TSA with, so keep an eye on that if you do enter.
As per usual, TSA’s terms and conditions apply and in this case the competition is open to the UK only. Again, the competition closes for entry on Wednesday 20th of November at 23:59 GMT. The copy of the game will be sent out before the launch of the PS4, but please allow a few days for delivery.
Good luck!

Mine would be when I first played online with a mate and learnt not only could we play on the same team but we could actually talk to each other while we did it. We ended up leaving the pub early many Friday nights to get home for a game of COD2 and would continue the pub conversation in the process.
That was the future of gaming for me!

Showing my wife COD4 on-line for the first time and immediately being put in a lobby where half the people had the “C Word” as their clan tag… Good times… you just can’t go back.

My best CoD moment has to be my very first match (CoD 3) in an online FPS. Running about the maps getting kills was ace, but the Tanks were even better. My best kill(s) was 5 kills at the same time with a tank shell. I can honestly say I’ve never had such fun with CoD since, although a couple of moments have come close.

Only ever briefly played COD4 MW single player. Bought it in a 2nd hand sale when Blockbuster 1st went into administration, but the disc was badly scratched so crashed out after less than an hour so returned it before the store closed down. A nice shiny unscratched copy would be very nice indeed.

Playing the intro mission of COD4 and not realising this was the start of possibly the best game of the generation!

My favourite COD moment was in the first Black Ops where you found out that Reznov was actually dead and he was just a figure of Mason’s imagination. It’s the only moment in all the CODs where I have actually been surprised by the storyline.

Best moment was the sinking ship in cod : modern warfare

COD4 – “All Ghillied Up”, I think it was playing this mission that made MW great to me, crawling through the grasses avoiding patrols, hearing the gieger counter click every so often. Going up into the abandoned church and then into Pripyat, abandoned, gloomy and oppressively quiet. And the the MP map ‘Bloc’ is still one of my favourite multiplayer maps to this day.

But the worst moment was ‘Heart of the Reich’ on Veteran on World at War…. took me hours to get through that.
