Rockstar has released update 1.06 of Grand Theft Auto Online and it includes the Beach Bum update.
Take on new Beach Bum Races with the BF Bifta dune buggy, the rugged Canis Kalahari off-road truck or the Bravado Paradise beach camper van. For aquatic-based endeavors, the classic Speeder speedboat is also now available. All four vehicles can also be accessed in Story Mode and are available at no in-game cost. To access them in GTA Online, just visit the southernsanandreassuperautos.com in-game website (or docktease.com for the Speeder)..
The DLC also includes the new SNS Pistol and Broken Bottle, a pair of close range weapons available in both online and story mode.
The final part of the patch includes thirty new jobs ranging from beach-themed races, death matches and parachutes, to last team standings and gang attacks.

I just spent a few hour with this….. & its just boring , useless junk. No new missions & the SURVIVAL @ The Pier is NOWHERE to be found!?! Races & Parachute “missions”? Did I buy Midnight Club & Pilot Wings 64? I think not. & we NEED a proper weapon against the OVER USED Tank. NOT a broken bottle or a 4th pistol . FAIL DLC, dont care if its free. Its all useless

I left out the recycled clothing , that is JUST new colors of old stuff, & the 2 ugly hairstyles. And the pointless vehicles . Honestly, would anyone here be happy with this if it werent free? They still havent delivered on those “500 missions” or Heists that they advertised as Included from day 1. & hackers & cheaters RULE this game. They wont even address that problem. I still love the game, but can you say theyve handled the online properly & solved the major problems with it in the 2 months since release? NO, you cant

I think the really important part of this update are the tweaks outside of the FREE DLC.
Getting rid of glitches and exploits (such as glitching tanks into garages, and the LSC glitch), adding community requested things (like missing car images on the shop sites), nerfing criminal records payout to avoid people grinding it (and making it hard to find a hosted race that isn’t CR) and removing the damn boxes from down the drain.
