Sony has announced that the thief Sly Cooper and angry god of war, Kratos, are coming to the Vita in the guise of the collections that have already been released on the PS3.  For those of you who have no experience with what these collections contain lets go over the details. First the Sly Racoon Trilogy contains the first three games starring the thieving raccoon, as you may have guess from the name. The games are Sly Cooper and the Thievius Raccoonus, Sly 2: Band of Thieves and Sly 3: Honour Among Thieves, and it will release on April 16th.
Kratos’ debut on the Vita will see the God Of War Collection featuring the first two PS2 titles, as he goes head on with the pantheon of the Greek gods. This title will be released on the 8th of May. Both titles have been remastered for the Vita, containing touch controls and graphics optimised for the Vita. as well as trophy support. Below is the boxart for both games, which are pretty much identical to their PS3 counterparts.
There is no mention of prices or if there will be cross support, such as cross buy or cross play. All of this will be confirmed closer to the time according to Sony.

Ah man, can’t wait to get my hands on GoW vita! As fun as sly was won’t be bothering, I still haven’t even activated thieves in time on my vita.

I bought Sly collection for PS3, cross buy would be nice. I find myself much more inclined to play these games on my Vita.
