Free To Play No Heroes Allowed: No Puzzles Either! Releasing On Vita In Spring

Sony has announced that No Heroes Allowed: No Puzzles Either!, a free to play title, will be coming to the Vita in this Spring. Apparently it’s the fifth entry to the series and it is a puzzle game, though I personally have no experience with the games themselves. The story casts you as the God Of Destruction who is a mission to stop 200 heroes from beating you, by way of solving the puzzles that appear across 64 different levels. Capturing the heroes forces them to your side to find new power ups.

No Heroes Allowed: No Puzzles either isn’t the first free to play title available for the Vita, with examples including the likes of Ecolibrium, Cliff Diving and Frobisher Says all available to download without costing a penny. However it will be interesting to see what kind of micro-transactions, if any, will be present in the puzzle game.

It seems like an interesting take on the puzzle genre, and we’re likely to hear more about the title soon.

  1. I’ve played one of these on the PSP and it was great fun as well as really challenging. But this is free to play, so I don’t know how that will change things. Hopefully it keeps all the addictive game play intact.
