Nintendo’s E3 Direct event showcased another new title for Wii U in the form of Kirby and the Rainbow Curse. The game is a sequel to HAL Laboratory’s 2005 DS title Kirby: Power Paintbrush.
The game will make heavy use of the Wii U’s gamepad with Kirby traversing the landscape, tackling enemies and solving puzzles via routes drawn with the stylus. The trailer showcases the wonderful art style and a number of classic Kirby enemies including the iconic Whispy Woods.
Kirby and the Rainbow Curse is due in 2015.
