As a big Alien fan I’m really excited for Isolation, and I’m hoping it won’t turn out to be another Aliens: Colonial Marines. Although the game’s new Gamescom trailer may be all CGI it’s still wonderfully eerie, and reminiscent of the original sci-fi horror. The sight of the dripping chains and infamous motion tacker is enough to give me goosebumps.
In Alien: Isolation you play as Amanda Ripley as she is stalked by the ruthless Xenomorph. The game releases on the 7th October.
