Spectate Some PES 2015 As Footage Of The PS4 Version Released

Pro Evolution Soccer 2015 is going to be the first PES title to appear on the new generation of console, after Konami decided to pass on it with 2014. During the last couple of months the publicity gear for the PES 2015 has been cranked up, with the tagline being the rather bold The Pitch Is Ours. It’s quite an in your face approach no doubt designed to pit the game in direct competition with EA’s FIFA 15.

Now PlayStation Access has had some time with the PS4 version of PES 15, and just over 20 minutes of direct feed gameplay was recorded and is now online. You can watch Germany go against Brazil, and Netherlands play Spain in the matches demoed. You’ll also be able to make your own judgements on how the game is looking, and I for one think it has promise. Obviously a proper hands on would be more telling on how player’s react to the ball, and just how natural everything feels.

What do you think?

  1. I’ve been waiting 8 long years for PES’s return to greatness and the more I see of this game the more I get excited! It looks super responsive and fun to play. I guess I’ll have to wait till September to find out wether the King has returned.

  2. The movements look a bit too exaggerated and unrealistically responsive, there isn’t a sensation of momentum in my eyes. It looked a bit arcadey because of that.

  3. Player movement is way too quick, acceleration is ridiculous. It does look very arcadey and a bit daft to be honest but no doubt fun, I’ve had enough of fifa and it’s cheating ways so if I want a football game this year I may well go for pes.

  4. I saw this on Saturday and it’s got me very excited. At last a fun looking football game. PES on Ps4 was always going to be day 1 for me. I’m looking forward to the demo.
