DriveClub PlayStation Plus Edition’s Contents Explored In Video

If you were wondering what the PlayStation Plus edition of DriveClub would actually look like, then look no further – this video explores the contents of the edition which will launch freely for PS+ subscribers next month, in addition to the usual dose of content.

It seems as though there’s quite a lot in there, with plenty to unlock with stars (which you’ll collect in-game) rather than by purchasing the full thing, at least enough for people like me who want to play a portion of the game before taking the plunge.

Bear in mind, the only location available is India, but you’ll be able to get the platinum trophy by just doing this. It will be interesting to explore the content and compare to the full version when the game releases for PS4 on October 10th.

  1. @Wonkey I’d say that it’s going to be a really good sized demo with added perks, although freemium would certainly fit the bill ;)
I reckon that anyone feeling full of anticipation for the game would be better off buying the full retail steelbook version which is only a couple of quid more than the standard iteration!

    • I think I’ll get the digital version if the Plus discount makes it worth while. I’m getting sick of swapping discs between BF4, Fifa and TLOU. Plus DC seems like the kind of game where I’ll have a few races in-between other games.
I wanted to play BF last night but ended up playing FIFA instead as I couldn’t be bothered to get up and start swapping discs.
Thats technology for ya… The thought of getting up every time I want to change a TV channel is disturbing but that’s what I used to have to do when I growing up.

      • Once again, my English is also disturbing – “when I growing up”. Where was ‘WAS’?!

Back to my previous statement, I haven’t played TLOU online for about 2 weeks and when I think about it, it’s because I end up playing whatever disc is already in the drive out of laziness. That is pretty bad. lol

      • With cries of “Don’t move, the pictures perfect” after accidentally touching the wire coat hangar that’s been rammed into the TV’s arial input socket.
Jeez, those days were sheer survival instinct lol.

      • I’m pretty sure I got used as an aerial booster several times.

“Dave, can you just push the channel 2 button & keep your finger on it, can you also just sit a bit to the left beside the TV please. Don’t let go of that button!”

        “…Err. OK”
