Tarsier Studios has released the first teaser trailer for its latest project, Hunger. It looks and sounds rather creepy, especially the bit where the main character is walking along a hanging piano. This main character is actually a young girl who finds herself trapped in a labyrinth full of monsters. The game itself is set to come to PC & PS4.
Tarsier Studios is best known for its work on LittleBigPlanet Vita, as well as collaborating on the bigger LBP console games with Media Molecule. The studio is also helping with Tearaway Unfolded. In Hunger you can see the influence of those games in the design of the environments and characters, as well as how it plays.
Hunger is yet to receive a release date.

I like the look of that so i’ll keep an eye out for more info here as things develop.
I don’t often comment on here, but that looks flippin’ AMAZING!
Agreed, something about it has really got me interested. I hope the sound is similar to that in the final game, added a real eeriness to it.
Nearly missed this article – looks brilliant, very interested in that!
First I’ve heard of this, looking really good so far! Love the design and art style, definitely one to keep an eye on.
A bit surprising; what happened to the contract about making games exclusively for PlayStation?
Wow, looks like the borrowers done by James Wan! This is a must have in my eyes’.
