As part of Sony’s E3 conference, viewers were treated to a first look at a brand new entry in the Final Fantasy universe. Entitled World Of Final Fantasy, it follows the adventures of two siblings whilst encountering adorable versions of some of the franchises best known creatures and characters.
The game is set to appear first on PS4 and PS Vita in 2016, so it’ll appear elsewhere later on. Set in the world of Grimoire, gameplay seems to involve shrinking characters, and potentially some Pokemon-eque monster recruitment, with the trailer stating that it is a “most peculiar adventure”. It’s certainly overwhelmingly cute, and perhaps aimed towards drawing in younger players to the franchise.
