This past week has been amazing! I think it will take quite a bit to trump Glastonbury, Wimbledon, Silverstone and the amazing weather all falling within the space of a week. Needless to say, I haven’t had much time for gaming recently, but hopefully I’ll be able to correct that soon!
Anyway, as I haven’t spent a lot of time on TSA recently, it seems quite fitting that I’m doing the recap with this week’s Community Round-Up.

Looking at the Meets, chances are that Monday will see the Project Cars meet, followed by Battlefield on Friday, with a few GTA V Heists meets thrown in also.
If you’d rather play something else, you can add your own Meet to the list, provided you have more than 250 TSA Points.

It wasn’t a stellar week for the reviews, I’m afraid. Our high scorer was J-Stars Victory VS+, a 3D anime brawler by Namco Bandai. Sitting on a 6/10, Jim called the game ‘on-point’ for manga fans who like a good brawler, however it can quickly lose it’s appeal.
Dropping a point to 5/10, Stefan reviewed MotoGP 15. While still ‘an accomplished racer’, fans will not see much improvement over the previous game, and in some places, a downgrade. Continuing the racing theme, Stefan also went hands on with the Thrustmaster T300RS wheel, and found that although it’s a lovely steering wheel, it going to be too pricey for many.
From the previews (which were almost all from Stefan again), he looked at The Swindle, the new game from Curve Digital that sees you attempting to steal as much as you can, and crucially, get away with it in one piece. He also had time to have a go at Super Mario Maker, which lets fans create their very own Mario levels, before taking to the streets for some drag racing in CSR2 on iOS and Android. Jim did chip in with a look at LEGO Minifigures Online, featuring the PC version of the new MMO set in the LEGO multiverse.
Mobile Watch fans can also have a look at Vainglory, a MOBA that attempts to bring DotA and LoL to mobile platforms, or perhaps they’d prefer to try Siegefall, another Clash of Clans-esque game.
Jim looked at the impact and evolution of music in video games, while last weekend’s Chronicle talked Destiny DLC, broken Batman, and Driveclub’s PS+ release. Assassin’s Creed Liberation had a mixed WeView Verdict, although most of you said to Plus It, while Middle Earth: Shadow of Mordor’s stint in the hot seat sees it coming out as a bit of a ‘marmite’ game, although right now it looks like there’s more of you in the ‘love it’ camp than ‘hate it’.
Finally, Episode 183 of the Podcast saw the gang return after a post-E3 break, while What We Played #210 featured everything that the gang have been up to in the past week.

Let’s move onto the Forums:
- Youles is still looking for readers to join his 16 player GTA V Meet for the 8th July.
- Ron_Mcphatty is building a PC and wants your advice.
- And lastly, the What Are You Playing thread has lately been less about gaming and more about enjoying the sunshine!
Whether you’re watching one of the multiple sporting events that are on right now, or enjoying the good weather before it ends, I hope you have a good weekend and I’ll see you next week – bye!

Not much gaming for me this weekend as I’ll be watching Hamilton convert pole into a win at Silverstone.
