Techland teased drivable all-terrain dirt buggies for Dying Light in their recent ‘Half a Year with Dying Light’ video and have now released further information about what we can expect to see in The Following.
“For Dying Light: The Following we’re adding a number of bold game-changers to create one massive expansion,” explains Producer Tymon Smektala on Dying Light: The Following. “The new map alone is the same size as all the previous maps from Dying Light combined, so there is a lot we’re packing in here. We also kept a close eye on player feedback to help tailor what we’ve created here. Hopefully people will see that this new expansion is first and foremost, for the fans.”
Those with the season pass will be glad to hear that this is set to be included in that package, in addition to being available separately. More details will be released at Gamescom next week, so stay tuned if you’re a fan of the game. In the mean time, you can soak in the vehicular action depicted in the first person buggy driving screenshot, a piece of representative artwork and a look at the back of someone about to get some new holes.
