You may remember some months back when we reported that Octodad: Dadliest Catch was in development for Xbox One. Well, developer Young Horses have today announced via Twitter that everybody’s favourite ordinary-dad-simulator will be available for Microsoft’s machine next week, August 26th at a price of $14.99/£11.99.
The new release on Xbox includes the base game plus the previously revealed free DLC “Octodad Shorts”. Fans of the game will also be pleased to hear that the WiiU port is done and dusted, awaiting certification – so expect a launch date announcement regarding that one fairly soon too.

I completely forgot about the additional levels, it’s time i checked them out. A fun little distraction, especially if you manage to get it at a discount.
