EA & Microsoft seem keen to EA Access in the hands of as many people as possible, and a new promotion may bring in more subscribers. If you pre-order a digital copy of FIFA 16 on Xbox One you will receive a code for a month of EA Access, giving you a chance to play other games like Titanfall, FIFA 15, Battlefield 4 and Dragon Age: Inquisition. The cost at the moment is £54.99.
The description on the pre-order page reads:
Pre-purchase FIFA 16 and receive a code for one month of EA Access*. The code for EA Access will be delivered to your Xbox message center in 7-10 days. You can redeem the code on your console or at xbox.com/redeemcode. *See ea.com/eaaccess for details. Pre-order FIFA 16 now and get up to 15 FUT Gold Packs over 15 weeks*.
Not quite sure why both pre-purchase and pre-order both turn up in the description, since the former means paying up front while the latter is reserving your copy. According to a post on Reddit by user RulesofNatureMGRÂ it does appear that only pre-ordering is required to get the Access code.
