Psyonix has announced that a new car pack will be available to buy from October 21st, and that will be the Back To The Future pack. It will cost €1.99 and allow you to drive the iconic time travelling DeLorean from the movie trilogy. The car pac will include the Burnt Rubber trail too so it looks like the DeLorean has made it to 88mph and jumped through time.
The Back To The Future pack isn’t the only bit of conten that is available for Rocket League this month. There will be free Halloween themed items up until November, as well as the Revenge Of The Battle Cars pack which will be released tomorrow.

All very well announcing DLC and free stuff, but how about fixing the servers first? Every time I’ve tried it lately, it’s just not working at all.

I’m level 41 and play it quite a bit; very few issues for me. Only the odd failure to connect to a ranked game. 99% of the time it works flawlessly for me.

Are you playing on Ps4 with Sky broadband? There was an issue recently that should be fixed now.

Your not on sky broadband by any chance are you? There’s a known problem with rocket league using there broadband, something to do with dns settings.
Jimster71
That’s fixed now.

Ah, that could be the problem. How did they screw that up? And if it ever gets fixed, will it fix the rest of the problems with the obviously flakey network code? Weird lag and teleporting cars?
How does one game go wrong on an otherwise excellent broadband connection? And “not officially” recommending changing DNS servers like that? Those are for one of the “I want foreign Netflix!” services I couldn’t possibly recommend anyone use ;)
I might give it a go again at some point. See if it gets fixed.

Looks awesome, can’t wait to pick up this little bit of DLC.
